Deposits for bookings cancelled in writing
30 days or more before arrival will be refunded less a booking

$25 LOW SEASON and a $100 in HIGH SEASON.
Cancellations within 30 days will receive NO REFUND.
Group bookings will have their key fees posted in cheque form
after cabins are cleaned & checked.
